e-Commerce Management

This course is designed to teach students e-commerce best practices. Students will review case studies that highlight real online business challenges and what industry leaders did to overcome them. Students will also examine businesses that are pure-play (online only) and hybrid (online and offline), start-ups or already in flight. Additionally, students will learn how industry leaders produce superior online business and e-commerce results. Students will also use key performance indicators to measure and manage performance.
