This course was designed to prepare students with the knowledge of how to start and run an online business. Students will learn e-commerce market research, website design concept, online marketing, and web analytics, how to drive high-quality traffic to a website through search engine optimization (SEO), social media presence, online advertising tools, and how to measure and tune website performance. Additionally, student will also learn how to use the most common and important e-commerce/online business tools, understand web-based market research & Learn new approaches to customer-experience management.
